Do I need to rewire my home?
Usually not. Glass touch panels fit standard modular switch boxes, and in-wall modules sit behind the switches you already have. Some panels need a neutral wire at the switchboard — we check this during the free site visit, before you commit to anything.
Will it work with Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri?
Yes. Devices work with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and with Siri through Shortcuts. You can also use the app and the wall panels — every option controls the same devices.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Every switch and panel keeps working by touch. Control from outside the home and voice commands need the internet, and come back on their own when it does.
Can I start with one room?
Yes — many people start with the living room or the bedrooms and add more later. Everything joins the same app, so the home grows without starting over.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the job. You get a clear timeline along with the quote, before any work starts.
What about warranty and support?
Devices carry their manufacturer’s warranty and we handle any claims for you. After installation you call us — the team that fitted it — not a helpline.
Do the presence sensors use cameras?
No. They use low-power radar that can only tell whether someone is in the room. They can’t see faces, take photos or record sound.
