1. Who we are

“Unique Solutions”, “we” and “us” mean the business that builds websites under the name Unique Solutions, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You can reach us on Call / WhatsApp +91 90363 62814 or at [email protected].

These terms apply to every website we build and to the optional Care Plan. “You” means the business we build the website for. You accept these terms when you approve a preview or pay us. If a written quote we send you says something different, the quote applies for that project.

2. Plans and prices

• Starter, ₹4,999: a one-page website.
• Business, ₹9,999: a website of up to 6 pages.
• Shop & bookings: online orders, payments or bookings, quoted in writing.

Prices are one-time and inclusive of all taxes. There is no monthly fee.

Anything outside the plan, such as extra pages, new features, logo design, professional photography, printing or paid advertising, is quoted before we start, and we only do it if you agree to the quote.

3. How a project works: see it before you pay

• You send us your details: business name, phone, address, services, prices, timings, photos and logo.
• We send you a private preview link, usually within 3 working days of receiving everything.
• We make changes to the preview until it matches what we agreed. A completely new design, or pages beyond your plan, count as new work and are quoted first.
• No advance. If you don’t like the preview and decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing. We take the preview down and don’t use your photos or details anywhere else.
• When you approve the preview, you pay the full plan price by UPI or bank transfer. We then put the website live on your domain and send you a receipt.
• For Shop & bookings work, the payment schedule is set out in the written quote.

4. What every plan includes

• A mobile-first design that also works on laptops and tablets.
• The first year of a domain name (.in, .co.in or .com) at its standard price, registered in your name. If you want a premium-priced name, you pay the difference.
• Hosting on Cloudflare Pages, at no cost to you (see Hosting).
• An HTTPS (SSL) certificate, issued and renewed automatically by Cloudflare.
• WhatsApp and Call buttons, a map with directions, and your Google Business Profile’s Website link pointed at the new site (with your permission on the listing).
• Email forwarding: an address such as [email protected] that forwards to your existing inbox (see Business email).
• A print-ready QR poster as a PDF. Printing is not included.
• 30 days of free changes after the site goes live: up to 10 small updates (see Small updates).

5. Hosting on Cloudflare

Our websites are fast static websites hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare serves the site from its data centres around the world. Its own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the hosting.

Cloudflare’s free plan covers sites like yours, so we never bill you for hosting. Unless you ask us to use your own (free) Cloudflare account, your site is hosted in ours.

If Cloudflare ends or changes its free plan, we will move your site to another free or low-cost host, and our work on that move is free. If every option has a fee, we will tell you the third-party cost before anything changes, and you decide.

Cloudflare’s free plan has technical limits, for example 25 MB per file and 20,000 files per site. They are far above what a business website needs. Long videos are embedded from YouTube rather than hosted on the site.

A static site has no database. Enquiry buttons open WhatsApp, a phone call or an email to you directly, so visitors’ messages go straight to you, not through our servers. Shop & bookings sites may use extra services (for example Cloudflare Workers or a payment gateway), which the quote lists.

Cloudflare runs one of the largest networks in the world, but no one can promise 100% uptime. We are not responsible for outages at Cloudflare, your domain company, your internet provider or the internet in general.

6. Your domain name

We register your domain in your name, with your contact details, through an accredited domain company (for example Cloudflare, Hostinger or GoDaddy). Its nameservers point to Cloudflare so the hosting, HTTPS and email forwarding work.

The first year is included in your plan. After that, renewing the domain is your responsibility and is paid to the domain company at its price, usually about ₹800–1,500 a year for .in or .com, unless you are on the Care Plan, which includes it.

If a domain is not renewed, the website and the business email stop working, and after the domain company’s grace period the name can be bought by someone else. We send a reminder before expiry when we can, but outside the Care Plan we are not responsible for a domain that lapses.

The domain is yours. We give you its login, or transfer it to an account of your own, whenever you ask.

If you already own a domain, we connect it to the new site instead. The first-year domain is not paid out as cash or a discount.

7. Business email

Business email is set up with Cloudflare Email Routing. Messages sent to your address, for example [email protected], are forwarded to an inbox you already have, such as Gmail.

It is forwarding only, not a separate mailbox. If you want to send from the business address or need a full mailbox, we can set up a paid service (for example Zoho Mail or Google Workspace). Its fees are paid by you to that provider.

8. Small updates

A small update is one change to something already on your site that takes us about 15 minutes, for example:

• changing a price, timing, phone number or offer;
• swapping or adding a photo;
• editing a paragraph or fixing a mistake in the text;
• adding a review, a notice or a holiday message.

Each change in a request counts as one update, even when several are sent in one WhatsApp message.

These are not small updates and are quoted before we start: a new page or section, a redesign, new features (bookings, payments, forms, another language), large galleries, and writing new content from scratch.

After the first 30 days, updates are covered by the Care Plan, or quoted per request if you are not on it.

9. Optional Care Plan: ₹2,999 a year

• Domain renewal included each year at the standard price of your name. If your domain has a premium renewal price, the difference is charged at cost.
• Up to 10 small updates every calendar month, each done within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays) of your request. Unused updates do not carry over to the next month.
• Site watch: we check that your site, HTTPS padlock and email forwarding keep working, and fix anything that breaks on our side at no charge.

The Care Plan is paid yearly in advance. It usually starts in the second year, because the first year of the domain is already included in your plan.

You can stop the Care Plan at any time by not renewing it. Your site stays online for free, and you renew the domain yourself from then on.

If you cancel within 14 days of paying, and we haven’t yet renewed your domain or made any update under the plan, we refund it in full. Otherwise it is not refundable, but it stays active to the end of the paid year.

Not included: new pages, features or redesigns (quoted separately), content writing, advertising, and third-party fees such as paid mailboxes or payment-gateway charges.

10. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send us, and that your prices, claims, registrations and licences shown on the site are accurate and lawful. You are responsible for them. We may decline content that we believe is unlawful or misleading.

Where we add images ourselves, they are our own, free-licence images (credited where the licence asks for it) or illustrations we make. We only show real reviews of your business. Sample content appears only on previews and is replaced before the site goes live.

11. Ownership and leaving us

You own your domain and your content. Once you have paid in full, you own the website we made for you. Fonts, icons and code libraries made by others stay under their own free licences.

No lock-in. Whenever you ask, we give you all of the website’s files and help point your domain to a new host, free of charge.

Until a preview is paid for, its design remains ours.

We may show your website (a screenshot and link) in our portfolio. Tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.

12. Other companies’ services

Your website relies on services run by other companies: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, HTTPS, email forwarding), your domain company, Google (Maps and your Business Profile), WhatsApp, and, for shop sites, a payment gateway such as Razorpay. Each has its own terms and fees. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their outages or changes. If a change breaks something on your site, we fix it free within the first 30 days or on the Care Plan, and otherwise quote the fix.

13. Google and search results

We set up the basics: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, mobile-friendly pages and the link from your Google listing. We cannot guarantee any position in Google or any amount of traffic or enquiries.

14. Privacy

When you contact us, we use your name, number and details only to reply to you and to build and look after your website. We don’t sell or share them, except with the services needed to do the work (Cloudflare and your domain company).

This website sets no cookies of its own and has no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

The enquiry form on our home page doesn’t send or store anything. It opens WhatsApp with your message typed out, and you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that chat.

If your own website collects personal information, for example through a booking form, you are responsible for telling your visitors how you use it, as required by India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We can add a simple privacy notice to your site on request.

15. Limits on our liability

We take care with every website, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings, lost sales or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies to new work. A Care Plan you have already paid for keeps the terms it was bought under until it is renewed.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement can’t be settled by talking to us, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
